#reverb 10; Party

Prompt: Party. What social gathering rocked your socks off in 2010? Describe the people, music, food, drink, clothes, shenanigans.

I'm not a party person.  I never have been.  So social gatherings that rock my socks off are few and far between.  Unless you count the nights The Man and I stay in and... you get the picture.  We are still newlyweds after all!  

 On a completely unrelated note, I don't really like socks.  I much prefer bare feet.  Even now, when it's kinda chilly in the house, I've been walking around with nothing on my feet.  Cold yes but oh so comfy.   

 OK, back to the question.  I'm not coming up with anything.  I am thinking it will be when The Man comes home.  I haven't seen him since I left for MA and I miss him.  A lot.  Just having him home again will make my day and rock my world.

    It has to be hard being a 'milspouse'. I know it would be hard for me... My guy used to be in the military (way before me) and I don't know what I would do if he was gone all the time. I only had to deal with the seperation from someone I loved right after high school when the guy I dated went into the Marines.. that was hard... SO I can't even imagine what you go through daily...
    With all that being said (in the very long comment) when 'The Man' comes home... make sure you wear socks, so they can be 'knocked off' :0)
