1. Aside from no deployments, what is one thing you would want to make the MilSpouse life "perfect"?
Since we've found an area we love, I'd love it if we never have to move again! I LOVE the Pacific Northwest. We would both be happy to stay here for the rest of his career. I know people who have spent 15 years here....
2. Just how many peppers did Peter Piper pick?
Good question. I think he picked enough to make several gallons of salsa.
3. If you could have any career in the world with nothing holding you back, what would you do?
I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. It's a bit of a problem. I think being a marine biologist would be fun...but I'm not going to start that now. How about being a mom?
4. Do you have a service oriented tattoo and if so what is it. If you don't what would you get?
I don't have any tattoos. I can't figure out what I want and where I would put it. I've thought about. A lot. I probably wouldn't get one that has to do with the Navy. The Man is in the Navy, not me. I'm open to suggestions though!
5. Imagine a block of time has opened up in your busy day for you to take a class in anything you like. What subject would you choose?
I would take some photography classes and I would probably also take some religion classes. My concentration in college was non-Christian religions and we only scratched the surface. I would love to go deeper in studying them. I find them fascinating. Thought to be honest, it's not the time that holds me back. I have that. It's paying for them. If they were FREE I'd be all over that!
Since this post has no pictures, I'll leave you with one of Ig & Al. They were not happy I bothered them by taking their picture!
Hope you have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteGood question. I think he picked enough to make several gallons of salsa."
HAHAHAHAHA what a perfect answer! Thanks for my first laugh of the day :o)
I just said Mmmmm..salsaaa. My stomach is growling and I have to go to bed. :)
ReplyDeleteI actually enjoy moving a lot, but I guess that's just because I haven't found the perfect place yet. I hope we do soon. I find it so fascinating to learn about other religions as well. Many of them have a lot of similarities. I always try to remember that humans created religion. God doesn't recognize our divisions, he only cares about our personal relationship with Him. I just ordered a book called, "In Search of Grace: A Journey Across America's Landscape of Faith" by Kristin Hahn. She explores the different religions. I'm looking forward to reading it! Have a lovely weekend :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, I cannot tell you how many pictures of Woods I have where he looks like that as if to say how dare you take my picture!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about tattoos--I don't know if there is something that I could put on my body permanently now that I will like in 20-30 (or more) years :)
Happy Friday!
I would never get a tattoo based on Dylan's job. That would not be a cute tattoo! I have one and I want one more!
ReplyDeleteLOL the cats looked *thrilled* to get their picture made :)
ReplyDeleteThose are some pretty disgruntled looking cats.
ReplyDeleteI have the same issues with the classes - I have the time, and I'd take (almost) everything if I could afford it. I've tried almost every class at the base gym because it's free!
ReplyDeleteI think a little penquin on your hip would be cute, oh wait, that's what I want!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd the Igman & Alleycat do NOT look happy mommmy - go bother Miss Molly
Now I want salsa ;0)
