The perfect dinner for one:
It doesn't get much easier that English muffin pizza. Since I was able to get a bunch of English muffins cheap and I have a bunch of spaghetti sauce that I defrosted and a brick of cheese, I'm eating these just about everyday.
I can't wait till my husband comes home. Then I'll start to eat real food again!
