All You Need Is {Love}: Day 2

When I'm feeling down, to cheer myself up I {LOVE} to..

Have Me time

Cuddle with The Man (he's my own personal teddy bear)

Not a cuddling picture...
He calls it burrowing.  I call it cuddling...same same.

Sometimes taking a shower and doing my hair and makeup helps, even if I've already done it for the day.  It feels like a fresh new start!

And something that I don't always remember to do when I'm feeling down...pray and read my bible.  It helps change my perspective.

What do you like to do when you're down?

Don't forget to go link up!

  2. LOL on "burrowing". My husband's never used that term, but I know that's exactly how he feels!

  3. Drinking a warm cup of tea with a little milk and sugar, lighting a candle and spending some time with my cat or my hubby always seem to cheer me up!

  5. burrowing...HAHAHAHA!

Prayer does help. I sometimes just look up or recite in my head a few encouraging verses and then repeat them over and over again until I'm out of my funk.

  7. I think you're right that taking a shower and doing makeup can make you feel better. It seems that when you feel that you look better then you feel better as well!

  8. haha, my husband refers to "burrowing" when I lay with my head on his chest. It's my "nook". Cuddles are a sure fire way to make any day better.

  9. Doing my hair/makeup definitely helps me! Makes me feel better about myself, and therefore better in general.
