In case you’re wondering, I am Irish and yes, I’m wearing green today (Go Ducks!)  I’ll be making corn beef and boiled veggies (cabbage, carrots and potatoes) for the first time ever.  I’m hoping it comes out yummy cause I’ve been thinking about it all month!
