A New Pillow

So after making my Dresden Plate table topper, I decided to make a pillow with the Dresden Plate pattern.  I enjoy this pattern a lot.  I think I may be making a few more of these in the future.

Here's what I ended up with:

The front

The back....already covered in dog hair.

I made it as a pillow cover so I could wash it.  I'm not always the best with measurements.  I'm not a perfectionist by any stretch of the imagination so little things like measurements being the same isn't always high on my list.  I'm pretty excited that the cover fits the pillow I wanted it to perfectly.  Go me!

Have you made anything crafty this week?

  1. Oh, that's awesome! I love that you can wash it. Ha, and I feel like everything of ours is covered in dog hair. Gotta love our furry friends! I haven't been crafty at all and I'm itching to do something! I need to just buy myself a palm sander so I can re-finish my bookcase. :)
