Big Day

So it seems like people are going crazy today because of the royal wedding.  Sure, it's an important day.  For me, something really big happened 50+ years ago.  I'm really glad it did, otherwise I might not be here!  Wondering what happened?  My mom was born!  That's right, today is my mom's birthday.

I hope you have a wonderful day!  Enjoy Maine and getting away.  You'll get a card & present from me soon (hopefully by the end of May!)

    Awwww...your Mom's birthday is ever so much more important than all the royal hoopla! And, you don't have to wear some idiotic hat to celebrate her day...unless it's a birthday hat, lol.

    Okay, so I told merry old England that they didn't have to throw a big celebration for my B'day, but they wouldn't listen to me, even when I told them I couldn't make the trip!!! I hope everyone enjoys the celbration, as for me and the "little old man" we are enjoying our time, we are going to a cooking school demonstration tomorrow on how to make healthy sausages!! I don't know, just too much excitement!
