You don’t normally hear from me on the weekend but I decided to participate in NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) this year. That means I’ll be doing my best to post every day.
Here’s what I spent my afternoon doing with 25 lbs of tomatoes, in pictures because it’s more fun that way:
It helps when you have a cute helper. Well, she didn’t get to help as she wasn’t allowed to come in the kitchen. She hung out at the line for awhile and then played with the tomato box. 
I ended up with 9 quarts of sauce and several jars of diced tomatoes, all ready for the freezer. A productive Saturday!
