Reverb; Body Integration

Prompt: Body integration. This year, when did you feel the most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn't mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?

I had to think about this question for awhile.  Off the top of my head, I would say I feel like ME all the time.  I don't think of myself as mind or body but as them together all the time.

As I thought about it, my mind traveled back to the day The Man & I drove along 101.  We stopped at Ruby Beach along the WA Coast.  It was simply breath taking.  When we got to the beach I just stopped and took a deep breath.  It smelled salty and fresh.  There was a light breeze and I could hear the waves crashing on the beach.  The sun was warm on my face.  I was with The Man and Miss Molly.  It was a perfect moment, where we were enjoying each other and the place that we were in.  We walked surf and tried unsuccessfully to keep our pants dry.  We found sea stars clinging to the rocks and let Molly frolic in the waves.  It was a beautiful day.  I was enjoy the beauty of creation around me and the company of my husband.  I was fully present and thankful to be alive.

We are actually celebrating it once we go back to Louisiana (his hometown) for the holidays...there's not much here in 29.
