Flashback Friday #6
I totally dropped the ball and forgot to get the Flashback Friday post up! I wish I could say I have a good reason, like life has been crazy, but it hasn’t. It’s just the normal stuff. I’m still not feeling 100% yet, so I’ll blame it on that. I’ve been feeling better but still not great.

Ultimate Blog Party 2014
Hi! Welcome to Many Waters! I’m so glad you stopped by. I’d love to have a witty or funny post but the truth is that I struggle to write these intro posts. Maybe it’s because in real life, in a room full of people I don’t know, I’m shy. I tend to stick to people that I know. I do enjoy meeting new people, just more one on one instead of in a big, overwhelming group (does anyone else find these lists of amazing blogs overwhelming?!?!) I find it hard to talk about myself sometimes or know where to start to make small talk. So here goes nothing:

Flashback Friday #4
YAY, it’s Friday! To make it even better it’s Flashback Friday! I hope you’ll link up a favorite old post or two with us today. I’m so glad it’s Friday. It’s been quite a week for us. Our van needed work on the rear brakes, The Man & I spent the night in the ER, thinking something was wrong with my appendix (I’m fine!), the truck needed work done, the glass on our front door shattered (so thankful for safely glass!) and I know something else happened too, I just can’t remember. I’m still catching up on sleep from my all-nighter! I hope you had a better week than I did!

Flashback Friday #3
I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and a Flashback Friday fits in nicely with my mood. Munchkin seems so big these days and she’s growing so fast. It’s just hitting me that my baby really isn’t a baby anymore. She’s been a sickie girl and super snuggly. I’m already sad about her outgrowing Mama snuggles. I hope it’s not anytime soon!

I’m hosting it with some of my favorite bloggers and a super cool co host. Before we move on to this week, let’s take care of some old business! It was really hard to pick my favorites from last time. I really loved Vanessa’s post about how it’s ok to miss your man when he’s away on Hearts on Guard. Away is away and it leaves a hole. My other favorite was Goodbye Cafe by WeeMason Man’s Mom on Adventures of a Wee Manson Man & His Family. With my mom’s house recently being sold, it was good to read that I’m not the only who has a hard time saying goodbye sometimes.

Feature Friday

Michelle at A Dish of Daily Life made these Tangy Sesame wings. Um, I’m drooling over here! These look so yummy!
Elisabeth at God Life Happy Wife did something that some people might call crazy…she’s now living in an RV traveling with her husband! I think it sounds great actually! I would do the same thing.

Tuesday Top Ten
Welcome to Tuesday Top Ten! This week we’re sharing ten facts about us. I’ve gone several new followers recently so a lot of these will be new for them. If you’ve been a reader for awhile, you might already know these…but maybe I can surprise you too!
10. I’m an only child. Growing up it was lonely sometimes but I was never upset that I didn’t have siblings. As a result, I’m really good at entertaining myself. Alone time is heavenly to me!
9. I have a cousin, T, that is three years older than I am and she’s like my sister. I know it’s not the same but I am so thankful that we have a great relationship now (there were a few rocky points growing up.)
8. I grew up in New England.
7. I went to college in New York.
6. After college I moved to China for a year.
5. After living in China for a year, I moved to northern Viet Nam and lived there for two years.
4. I’m married to a man who worked in a metal can that was made to be submerged underwater. You have to be kinda crazy to work on/in a submarine and also kinda crazy to marry someone who does it.
3. After trying to get pregnant for two years, The Man and I started getting help for infertility. I had an HSG and did one Clomid cycle. After the one medicated cycle we had an unmedicated one. That’s when we got pregnant.
2. Munchkin is 15 months old and I thank God for her everyday.
1. I have baby fever again. I think a sibling would be good for Munchkin!

Tuesday Top Ten
I am a girl who loves lists. And I know I'm not the only one!
So I found a couple of friends to work with me on an idea I had, and now we have the Tuesday Top 10!
